Born on a colorful autumn day in October in Scranton, PA, I was raised and still live in Dunmore.  Married to Tim.  Cat lover—Cleo and Charlotte are my babies!  I love to teach.  The field of education, and how and why people learn as they do, continues to fascinate me.

 

My favorite color is blue, I always wear patchouli, and I love listening to modern rock.  I love the beach, particularly the Outer Banks of North Carolina.  I watch Law and Order whenever I can, mainly to drool over Chris Noth.  Other distractions are Bill O’Reilly and John Gibson—although I never totally agree with either! 

 

I try to work out as often as I can and I care what I put into my body.  I respect the environment around me.  I do NOT drive an SUV and never will.  Why does everyone NEED one?  I do believe global warming exists.  I recycle and buy organic products whenever I can.  It all makes me feel good!
